Notice of postponement of the 2nd Economic Research Competition for students and PhD fellows

The Bank of Russia and the Russian Journal of Money and Finance are announcing that in view of the persistent alarming epidemiologic situation they deem it impossible to proceed with the organization of the 2nd Economic Research Competition for students and PhD fellows in accordance with all the required procedures. Under these circumstances, the organizers have decided to postpone the election of winners until 2021.
Papers submitted this year shall be considered on an equal footing with those submitted to Supplementary Call for Papers in early 2021, provided that the submitted papers have not been published.
Given the postponement of the winners’ election, contestants who have submitted their papers may withdraw them or submit revised papers to replace the ones submitted earlier. In case of withdrawal, participants also have the right to submit their papers to the Russian Journal of Money and Finance to be considered for publication on a common basis.
