Behavioural Supervision Formation in Russia

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the legislative support of introducing conduct supervision of the financial market in order to protect the rights of consumers of financial services. The special attention is given to the experience of foreign countries in the field of supervision of the conduct of financial institutions.
