Mr. Siniacov coordinates economic researches in the Research and Forecasting Department of the Bank of Russia.
Before he joined the Bank in 2013, he had been working as an analyst in the Center for Macroeconomic Research of Sberbank .
In 2011, he graduated from a Master’s Programme in Economics at the NES specialising in macroeconomics and data analysis.
In 2006, Mr. Siniacov graduated with honors from Saratov State Social-Economic University with qualifications in statistics, and later in 2008, he received a diploma on additional to higher education, specialisation “University Teacher,” at the above-mentioned University.
He is mostly interested in inflation targeting issues and policies of central banks in developing economies.
